I normally use Italian Buttercream icing on my cakes and cupcakes because it’s not too sweet plus it’s light and tastes sooo heavenly,   But I also do German Buttercream which is custard-based and a wonderful meringue icing made of Nutella or cream cheese.  Your choice!  

My cakes are covered with the choicest rolled fondant and so are my handmade figures and flowers.  Only the best.

It isn’t easy to price a cake - you can never quote the same price for each one of them.  It really depends on how complicated it is, the kind of flavors you want, how many tiers there are, how many fondant figures or intricate flowers there will be.

Cupcakes are ordered with a minimum of 3 dozens.  Cake pops’ minimum order is 2 dozens.
